认知性访谈在医务人员工作场所负性行为问卷文化调适中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨认知性访谈在医务人员工作场所负性行为问卷(negative behaviors in health care survey, NBHC)汉化过程中的应用,并评价该方法在问卷汉化中的应用效果。方法 基于Brislin双向翻译模型对NBHC进行汉化,通过目的抽样法于2022年6-8月选取重庆市某三级甲等医院和社区卫生服务中心共22名医务人员作为访谈对象,共进行3轮认知性访谈,了解受访者对各条目的理解情况,并根据访谈结果对问卷条目进行修订。通过便利抽样法于2022年9-10月抽取全国418名医务人员进行测量学检验。结果 第1轮认知性访谈对存在疑义的问卷指导语和6个条目进行讨论修改;第2轮认知性访谈对1个翻译拗口的条目予以修订;第3轮认知性访谈所有受访者均能正确理解条目内容且无疑义。最终版中文问卷包括4个维度、23个条目和2项开放性问题,Cronbach′s α系数为0.873,重测信度为0.859,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.830~1.000,平均内容效度为0.930。结论 通过认知性访谈,了解我国医务人员对中文版NBHC的理解情况,针对性地进行问卷修订,提高了中文版NBHC问卷的准确性、可靠性和适用性。 Objective To explore the application of cognitive interviewing in the Chinese version of the negative behaviors in health care survey(NBHC),and to evaluate the application effect of this method in the sinicization of questionnaire.Methods Based on Brislin bidirectional translation model,NBHC was translated into Chinese,and a total of 22 healthcare workers from a tertiary hospital and community health service center in Chongqing were selected as interviewees by purposive sampling from June to August 2022,and 3 rounds of cognitive interviews were conducted to understand the interviewees'understanding of each item,and the each item of questionnaire was revised according to the interview results.A total of 418 medical personnel were selected for measurement testing from September to October 2022 by convenience sampling method.Results In the first round of cognitive interviews,the question guide and 6 items with doubts were discussed and modified;In the second round of cognitive interviews,1 item with incomprehensible translation was revised;In the third round of cognitive interviews,all respondents could correctly understand the contents of the items without doubt.The final questionnaire consisted of 4 dimensions,23 items,and 2 open-ended questions,and Cronbach'sαwas 0.873,and retest reliability was 0.859,and item-level content validity index was 0.830-1.000,and the average content validity was 0.930.Conclusion Cognitive interviews are conducted to understand the Chinese version of NBHC in Chinese medical staff,and targeted questionnaire revisions were carried out to improve the accuracy,reliability,and applicability of the Chinese version of NBHC questionnaire.
