单波长色散X射线荧光氯含量分析仪的校准

摘要 依据单波长色散X射线荧光光谱法的测量原理,及专用于原油及石油相关产品中氯含量分析的特点,建立了单波长色散X射线荧光氯含量分析仪的校准方法。校准项目包括测量线性、检出限、示值误差及重复性,对检出限校准结果进行了不确定度评定。根据校准示例结果及相关验证,参考计量特性测量线性相关系数不小于0.99,检出限不大于0.1 mg/kg,当氯含量小于10 mg/kg时,示值误差不大于0.5 mg/kg,测量重复性不大于0.3 mg/kg;当氯含量不小于10 mg/kg时,示值误差不大于5%,测量重复性不大于3%。该校准方法为采用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测量氯含量时的溯源技术研究提供参考,促进石油相关产品质量的提升。 Based on the measurement principle of single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and the characteristics of chlorine content analysis in crude oil and petroleum related products,a calibration method for single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence chlorine content analyzer was established.The calibration items include measurement linearity,detection limit,indication error,and repeatability,and the uncertainty of the detection limit calibration results was evaluated.According to the calibration example results and relevant verifications,the linear correlation coefficient of the reference metrological characteristic measurement is not less than 0.99,and the detection limit is not more than 0.1 mg/kg.When the chlorine content is less than 10 mg/kg,the indication error is not more than 0.5 mg/kg,and the measurement repeatability is not more than 0.3 mg/kg;when the chlorine content is not less than 10 mg/kg,the indication error is not more than 5%,and the measurement repeatability is not more than 3%.This calibration method provides a reference for the traceability technology research when chlorine content was measuries using single wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy,and promotes the improvement of petroleum related product quality.
