自由呼吸DISCO-Star序列在动态增强肝脏MRI中的可行性研究

摘要 目的 本研究旨在比较自由呼吸条件下的DISCO-Star序列与屏气时的LAVA序列在肝脏成像中的图像质量,并探讨DISCO-Star序列在肝脏扫描中的应用潜力。方法本研究回顾性分析了2023年12月至2024年3月期间,同时接受自由呼吸DISCO-Star序列及屏气LAVA序列检查的20名患者。两种序列的图像质量通过5点评分法进行评价。评价内容包括两位观察者的一致性、运动伪影、肝脏边缘的清晰度、扫描时机和总体图像质量。结果两位观察者在总体图像质量上显示出较高的一致性(K=0.814)。屏气LAVA序列图像在运动伪影、肝脏边缘清晰度、扫描时机方面以及图像总体质量的评分优于自由呼吸DISCO-Star序列图像,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。两组图像的可诊断性评分差异无统计学意义(P=1)。结论DISCO-Star序列在不需要患者屏气的情况下提供了与LAVA序列相媲美的图像质量,对于那些无法进行屏气操作的患者具有重要的临床意义,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective study aimed to compare the image quality of the free-breathing DISCO-Star sequence with the breath-hold LAVA sequence in hepatic imaging and explore the application potential of the DISCO-Star sequence in liver scans.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed 20 patients who underwent examinations with both the free-breathing DISCO-Star sequence and the breath-hold LAVA sequence between December 2023 and March 2024.The image quality was evaluated using a5-point scoring system.Evaluation content included the consistency of two observe rs,motion artifa cts,cla rity of liver edges,timing of sca ns,and overall image quality.Results The two observe rs showed high consistency in overall image quality(K=0.814).The breath-holding LAVA sequence images scored better than the free breathing DISCO-Star sequence images in terms of motion a rtifacts,cla rity of liver edges,timing of the scan,and overall image quality,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P values all <0.05).There was no significa nt diffe rence in the diagnostic a bility sco ring between the two groups(P=1).Conclusion The DISCO-Star sequence offers image quality comparable to the LAVA sequence without necessitating breath-holds,holding substantial clinical relevance for patients incapa ble of breath-holding and meriting broader clinical adoption.
