摘要
本研究基于广东省2024年1~12期食品不合格情况的通告数据,采用统计分析方法,对不合格产品进行特征分析、原因探究,并评估其对公众健康的潜在风险。研究发现,不合格产品主要集中在食用农产品和餐饮食品两大类,且问题主要集中在重金属污染、农兽药残留、微生物污染、超限量或超范围使用食品添加剂、质量指标不达标以及非食用物质和其他化学污染等方面。鉴于这些发现,本文提出了加强食品安全监管力度和提升公众食品安全意识的策略建议,以期为食品安全监管工作提供决策参考,保障公共健康。
Based on the notification data of food non-conformities in Guangdong province in 2024 in 1 to 12 periods,this study used statistical analysis methods to analyze the characteristics and causes of non-conforming products,and evaluate their potential risks to public health.The study found that the substandard products were mainly concentrated in the two categories of edible agricultural products and catering food,and the problems were mainly concentrated in heavy metal pollution,pesticide and veterinary drug residues,microbial pollution,overlimit or over-range use of food additives,substandard quality indicators,non-edible substances and other chemical pollution.In view of these findings,this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for strengthening food safety supervision and improving public food safety awareness,in order to provide decision-making reference for food safety supervision and protect public health.
