摘要
本研究采用案例分析和比较研究法深入剖析了南京市社区老年食堂目前的几种运营模式,评估了各模式运营效率和资金管理上的优劣,基于现有模式的优缺点,提出了一种多源融合的新融资模式以进行有效的运营管理,并研究新模式有可能带来的风险,提出了相应的预防措施,以供参考。
This study employs case analysis and comparative research methods to deeply analyze the current operational models of community elderly dining halls in Nanjing,evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each model in terms of operational efficiency and fund management,and proposes a new multi-source integrated financing model based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing models for effective operational management.Additionally,it examines the potential risks of this new model and suggests preventive measures for reference.
