猪肉中常用兽药残留检测存在的问题与优化策略

摘要 本文通过总结猪肉中常见兽药残留的类别及检测方法,分析现有检测技术在多残留检测灵敏度、基质效应和特异性等方面存在的问题,提出应用联用技术和同位素稀释质谱法提高检测的灵敏度和准确性,引入分子印迹技术增强快速筛查的特异性等优化策略。本研究旨在保障猪肉质量安全,并为兽药残留检测技术的发展提供新的思路。 This article summarizes the categories and detection methods of common veterinary drug residues in pork,analyzes the problems of existing detection technologies in sensitivity,matrix effect,and specificity of multi residue detection,and proposes the application of combined technology and isotope dilution mass spectrometry to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection;introducing molecular imprinting technology to enhance the specificity of rapid screening and other optimization strategies.Intended to ensure the quality and safety of pork and provide new ideas for the development of veterinary drug residue detection technology.
