高速动车组底护板结构设计

摘要 随着高速动车组的不断提速,其安全性与节能环保性受到更广泛关注。针对高速动车组在行驶过程中常出现的石砾与底下设备高速碰撞现象,同时随着提速而变大的空气阻力以及轮轨产生的噪音。通过在转向架区域设计底护板来实现防止石砾与转向架的直接碰撞和减阻降噪的目标,并采用轻质且具有优异力学性能的芳纶纤维制作底护板,相较于传统金属材料,芳纶纤维底护板能够实现减重30%以上,达到轻量化的目标,根据振动冲击试验、气动静载和疲劳试验、落球冲击试验的结果,证明芳纶纤维底护板能够满足高速动车组的强度要求。 With the speeding-up of EMUs,operation safety,energy conservation and environmental protection conditions have aroused more widespread attention in connection with the frequent high-speed hit against the underframe equipment by the gravel during the operation of high-speed trains,as well as the increased air drag and wheel/rail noise resulted from the increase of operating speed.In order to prevent the direct gravel strike to the bogie and reduce air drag and noise,a bottom protect panel,made of light aramid fiber with excellent mechanical properties,is designed and installed at the bogie area.Compared with traditional metal panel,the aramid fiber panel is more than 30%lighter.The results of vibration impact test,aerodynamic static load and fatigue test,and falling ball impact test indicate that the aramid fiber bottom protect panel meet the strength requirements of high-speed EMUs.
