摘要
DC-DC变换器是“电力电子技术基础”课程的重要入门变换器,优选教学内容并合理布局,有助于学生养成良好的学习和思维习惯。根据电感电流的连续性以及负载电阻供电来源的差异性,Boost DC-DC变换器具有多种工作模式,包括连续导电模式(CCM)、临界导电模式(CRM)和断续导电模式(DCM)。其中CCM又可分为电感完全供能模式(CCM-CISM)和电感不全供能模式(CCM-IISM)。在理论分析和推导CCM-CISM与CCM-CISM临界电感表达式基础上,对几种典型工作模式采用Matlab/Simulink进行仿真验证。所得结果有助于加深学生对Booost DC-DC变换器工作原理的理解,引导学生学会深度思考和自行仿真验证随时产生的设想。
DC-DC converter is an important introductory converter in the“Fundamentals of Power Electronics Technology”course,selecting teaching content and arranging it reasonably can help students develop good learning and thinking habits.Based on the continuity of inductance current and different sources of load resistance power supply,Boost DC-DC converters have different operating modes,including continuous conduction mode(CCM)and discontinuous conduction mode(DCM).CCM can be further classified into complete inductor supply mode(CCM-CISM)and incomplete inductor supply mode(CCM-IISM).Based on theoretical analysis and derivation of critical inductance expressions for CCM-CISM and CCM-CISM,several typical operating modes were simulated and verified by means of Matlab/Simulink.The obtained results help deepen students’understanding of the working principle of Boost DC-DC converters,guide them to learn deep thinking and self-simulation to verify the ideas generated at any conditions.
