摘要
本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW电机状态监测系统。本系统利用STM32和传感器监测电机运行状态中的重要参数如温度、转速、电流等数据。将监测的数据通过传输线连接到计算机等监视设备,在监视设备上利用LabVIEW软件编写上位机监视界面。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效监测电机的运行状态,并通过LabVIEW平台提供的友好界面进行电机的信息快速反馈,也为后期故障诊断提供监测数据。
This paper introduces a LabVIEW-based motor condition monitoring system.The system utilizes STM32 and sensors to monitor the important parameters such as temperature,speed,current and other data in the motor running status.The monitored data are connected to the monitoring equipment such as computer through transmission line,and the LabVIEW software is utilized to write the upper computer monitoring interface on the monitoring equipment.The experimental results show that the system can effectively monitor the operating status of the motor,and through the friendly interface provided by the LabVlEW platform for rapid feedback of motor information,but also for the later fault diagnosis to provide monitoring data.
