产教融合背景下高职教师数字素养培养对策研究

摘要 在数字化浪潮推动下,高职教育正经历着深刻的变革。本文以产教融合为切入点,通过比较中国与欧盟国家在教师数字素养框架上的异同,结合当前高职教师数字素养培养的现状,提出了提升内在动力、建立数字素养分享平台、开展数字技能认证和制订差异化激励政策等策略,以期提升教师的数字技能,为高职教育的持续发展注入新动力。 Driven by the wave of digitalization,higher vocational education is experiencing profound changes.Taking the integration of industry and education as the entry point,comparing the similarities and differences in the digital literacy frameworks for teachers between China and EU countries,This paper takes into account the current situation of digital literacy development for higher vocational teachers and puts forward countermeasures such as enhancing intrinsic motivation,establishing a digital literacy sharing platform,carrying out digital skills certification,and formulating a differentiated incentive policy.These strategies aim to enhance teachers'digital skills,and inject new momentum into the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
