新时代产教融合背景下高职学生职业核心素养培养路径探究

Exploration on Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students’Professional Core Quality under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education in the New Era

本文探讨了高职学生职业核心素养与产教融合的关联性,分析了高职院校学生职业核心素养培养中存在的职业素养教育体系不健全、实践教学环节薄弱等问题,提出了打造定制化课程体系、建设产教融合校企合作共同体、构建企业导师制度等策略,通过政府、企业、学校及社会各界的共同努力,提高高职学生的职业核心素养和竞争力,为国家长远发展贡献力量。

This paper discusses the importance and challenges of cultivating higher vocational students'core professional qualities in the context of the integration of industry and education.It highlights issues such as the inadequacy of the professional quality education system and the weaknesses in practical teaching.Several strategies are proposed,including the creation of a customized curriculum system,the establishment of a school-enterprise cooperation community that integrates industry and education,and the development of an enterprise mentoring system.Through the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,schools,and all sectors of society,we can enhance the core professional qualities and competitiveness of higher vocational students,thereby contributing to the long-term development of the country.
