摘要
现代产业学院是强化产教融合的有效载体和平台。然而在教育实践中发现产业学院存在人才培养定位偏差、企业教师教学能力欠缺、学生实践收获不尽如人意等问题。立足十堰区域产业发展需求,提出发挥区域产业集群优势,开展个性化人才培养,强化“双师型”教师团队建设,全面提升学生实践技能等措施,以期依托产业学院平台“产学研创”协同育人。
Modern industry colleges serve as effective carriers and platforms for enhancing the integration of industry and education.However,in educational practice,several issues have been identified within industry colleges,including misalignment in talent cultivation,insufficient teaching abilities of industry teachers,and unsatisfactory practical outcomes for students.Based on the regional industrial development needs of Shiyan,this paper proposes measures to leverage the advantages of regional industrial clusters,implement personalized talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of a dual-qualified teacher team,and comprehensively enhance students’practical skills,with the aim of achieving collaborative education through the“Industry-Academia-Research-Innovation”synergy relying on the platform of industry colleges.
