摘要
针对传统医疗数据信息加密算法存在的安全性差、运行效率低以及缺乏系统性的缺点,文中基于改进Noekeon算法提出了一种医疗数据混合加密方案。该方案对于原Noekeon算法密钥长度短且需要耗费大量算力的问题,把改进Logistic混沌序列和切比雪夫混沌序列混合,进行同或逻辑操作,并将该序列作为模型初始密钥,进而增加算法密钥的随机性以提升安全性能。同时,通过构建Hadoop集群,对算法进行并行部署以提高运行效率。在实验测试中所提算法的加解密时间缩短了20%以上,在对比算法中为最优,且吞吐量与节点数量的变化趋势相同。在破译时间相同的情况下,算法所用的密钥最短,充分说明了算法具有较好的安全性和运行效率。
In response to the shortcomings of traditional medical data encryption algorithms such as poor security,low operational efficiency,and lack of systematicity,this paper proposes a hybrid encryption scheme for medical data based on the improved Noekeon algorithm.This scheme addresses the problem of low key length and high computational power consumption in the original Noekeon algorithm.The improved Logistic chaotic sequence and Chebyshev chaotic sequence are mixed for the same or logic operation,and the sequence is used as the initial key of the model,thereby increasing the randomness of the algorithm key to improve security performance.At the same time,by building a Hadoop cluster,the algorithm was deployed in parallel to improve its operational efficiency.In experimental testing,the encryption and decryption time of the proposed algorithm has been reduced by more than 20%,which is the best in the comparison algorithm.The trend of throughput and node number is the same.Under the same decryption time,the algorithm uses the shortest key,fully demonstrating the algorithm's good security and operational efficiency.
