基于“教—学—评”一体化支持儿童数学个性化学习的思考与探索

摘要 “教—学—评”一体化是一种将教学、学习和评价有机结合的教育教学理念,能有效促进儿童的个性化学习。教学评价能为儿童个性化学习提供精准的定位和诊断,教学反馈能为儿童个性化学习提供及时的反馈和建议,教学调整能为儿童个性化学习提供灵活的调节和优化。在小学数学教学中,教师要注意精准定位,制定个性化的教学目标;选择多样化的教学内容,满足儿童个性化的学习需求;创新教学方法,激发儿童个性化的学习兴趣;及时反馈,促进儿童个性化的学习和发展。
