摘要
通过对陶坛空坛内壁进行三维建模,采用超声波测距技术和配套的数据处理软件对陶坛容积进行快速计量,并进行了注水试验和减水试验。结果表明,陶坛容积计量方法测量精度高达1‰。本研究开发的精确计量技术为实现陶坛原酒贮存的数字化管理提供了核心技术支撑。
Through 3D modeling of the inner wall of the empty pottery jar,ultrasonic ranging technology and supporting data process-ing software were used to rapidly measure the volume of the pottery jar.Water injection tests and water reduction tests results showed that the accuracy of the measurement method reached 1‰.The precise measurement technology developed in this study provides the core technical support for the digital management of the crude liquor stored in pottery jars.
