基于改进G1法的齿轨铁路投资风险识别

摘要 齿轨铁路在国内作为全新制式轨道交通系统,不仅为国家实施精准扶贫、乡村振兴等发展战略提供了重要的解决方案,还具有较好的发展潜力与市场前景。然而,由于当前国内尚无投入运行或已建成的齿轨线路,导致对齿轨铁路的投资风险控制缺乏足够的资料和经验。因此,基于改进G1法并建立相关指标体系和多级评价模型,得出对齿轨建设投资控制影响较大的因素,并结合相关案例进行详细的分析和对比。结果表明:该方法对齿轨项目投资控制有显著作用,能识别关键影响因素。 The Rack railway as a new standard rail transit system in China,it not only provides an important solution for the implementation of national development strategies such as targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,but also has good development potential and market prospects.However,because there is no operational or completed rail line in China,there is a lack of sufficient information and experience in the investment risk control of rail railway.Therefore,based on the improvement of G1 method and the establishment of relevant index system and multi-level evaluation model,the factors that have a great influence on the investment control of tooth and rail construction are obtained,and the detailed analysis and comparison are combined with relevant cases.The results show that this method has a significant effect on the investment control of tooth track project and can identify the key influencing factors.
