摘要
通过对市政道路深层病害的检测方法及非开挖处治技术的研究,探讨了一套全面的解决方案。依托某新区道路采用雷达技术检测的实际数据作为案例,实现对深层病害的精准识别和定量评估。在非开挖处治方面,深入阐述了干拌水泥碎石桩、高强聚合物注浆及裂缝焊接先进技术的施工工艺流程及技术优势。通过实地案例研究,结合不同技术的优势,以实现更全面、可持续的道路维护。该成套技术在提高市政道路管理效率、降低成本、延长道路使用寿命等方面优势明显。通过及时的道路病害探测,可以发现潜在的问题;采用非开挖处治成套技术,可减少交通事故、降低维修成本、缩短工期,保护城市环境,提高市民生活质量。
Through the study of detection methods for deep-seated diseases in municipal roads and non-excavation treatment technologies,a comprehensive solution is proposed.Utilizing actual data from radar technology used in a road in a new area as a case study,accurate identification and quantitative assessment of deep-seated diseases are achieved.In terms of non-excavation treatment,the construction processes and technical advantages of advanced techniques such as dry-mixed cement gravel piles,high-strength polymer grouting,and crack welding are thoroughly explained.Through practical case studies and by combining the strengths of different technologies,the aim is to achieve more comprehensive and sustainable road maintenance.This set of technologies significantly enhances municipal road management efficiency,reduces costs,and prolongs the lifespan of roads.Timely detection of road diseases can identify potential problems,and the adoption of non-excavation treatment technologies can reduce traffic accidents,lower maintenance costs,shorten construction periods,protect the urban environment,and improve the quality of life for citizens.
