抗凝冰沥青混合料路用性能的模糊综合评价与分析

摘要 制作以醋酸钠、醋酸钾、氯化钠为原材料的固态型融雪剂,再将其以不同掺入方式(内掺法和外掺法)和不同掺配比例掺入沥青混合料,并分析其路用性能和其抗凝冰性能。研究思路为:首先根据路用性能和抗凝冰性能的试验结果,采用熵权法确定各路用性能指标和各抗凝冰性能指标的权重;然后基于模糊数学的理论建立模糊评判矩阵;最后根据模糊综合评判矩阵对不同的抗凝冰沥青混合料进行模糊综合评价和分析,从而给出推荐的自制固态型融雪剂的掺入方式以及掺配比例。结果表明:当自制固态型融雪剂以不同配比掺入到沥青混合料中会削弱其高温性能和水稳定性;外掺法制备的抗凝冰沥青混合料的性能优于内掺法;综合考虑规范中的要求得出掺配比例为3.5%的抗凝冰沥青混合料的路用性能以及抗凝冰性能最优。 In order to evaluate the influence of self-made solid snow melting agent with sodium acetate,potassium acetate and sodium chloride as raw materials on the road performance of anti-condensation ice asphalt mixture with different mixing methods(internal mixing method and external mixing method)and different mixing ratios,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each road performance index,and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is established by using the theory of fuzzy mathematics.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of different anti-condensation ice asphalt mixture is carried out,so as to give the recommended mixing method and mixing ratio of self-made solid snow melting agent.The results show that the high temperature performance and water stability of the anti-freezing asphalt mixture will decrease when the self-made solid snow melting agent is mixed into the asphalt mixture in different proportions.The performance of anticoagulant ice asphalt mixture prepared by external mixing method is better than that of anticoagulant ice asphalt mixture prepared by internal mixing method.The pavement performance and anti-icing performance of 3.5%anti-icing asphalt mixture are the best.
