摘要
工匠精神从古代到当代经历一个逐渐演化发展的过程。在当下呈现出新的时代内涵,包括职业精神和道德伦理、技术精益求精和创新、专注和全情投入、传承与创新、社会责任和人文关怀、团队合作和奉献精神等维度。职业教育在工匠精神培育方面发挥着重要作用,具体可从文化理念更新、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、产教融合、校企合作机制保障等方面进行实践路径探索。
Craftsmanship has undergone an evolutionary process from ancient times to the present.Nowadays,it presents new connotations of the times,including dimensions such as professional spirit,moral ethics,pursuit of technical excellence,concentration and devotion,inheritance and innovation,social responsibility,humanistic care,teamwork and dedication spirit.Vocational education plays an important role in cultivating the craftsmanship from aspects of concepts updates,curriculum system construction,faculty development,integration between production and education as well as guarantee mechanisms of school-enterprise cooperation.
