In the educational environment of private universities,the construction of academic atmosphere is a key factor in improving teaching quality and students' comprehensive quality.Academic atmosphere,which refers to the learning and academic atmosphere of a school,directly affects students' learning attitude and effectiveness.And student management work cultivates and maintains a healthy academic atmosphere through a series of strategies and measures.This article systematically expounds the theoretical basis of academic atmosphere construction,analyzes the core elements of academic atmosphere construction in private universities,and proposes implementation strategies from the perspective of student management work,such as formulating demand-oriented management policies,optimizing teaching resource allocation,enhancing student participation,and constructing long-term monitoring and evaluation mechanisms,in order to promote the formation and sustainable development of a healthy academic atmosphere.
