摘要
体验式教学是一种注重学生实践和体验的教学方法,它强调学生在学习过程中的主体地位。在体验式教学中,学生通过亲身体验和实践,能够深入了解所学知识的实际应用方法,培养实践能力和创新思维。文章通过分析高职院校学生在求职面试过程中普遍存在的问题,梳理模拟面试体验式教学的意义及目标,探讨模拟面试体验式教学的设计、组织和实施,进而提出模拟面试体验式教学实践的优化策略。
Experiential teaching is a teaching method that focuses on students'practice and experience,emphasizing their subjectivity in the learning process.In experiential teaching,students can gain a deeper understanding of the practical application methods of the knowledge they have learned through personal experience and practice,and cultivate practical abilities and innovative thinking.The article analyzes the common problems that vocational college students face during job interviews,sorts out the significance and goals of simulated interview experiential teaching,explores the design,organization,and implementation of simulated interview experiential teaching,and proposes optimization strategies for simulated interview experiential teaching practice.
