摘要
针对电梯层门机械强度难以检测的问题,提出一种基于有限元法的强度仿真分析方法。首先对冲击力导致的层门形变、弯曲力变化以及外界压力对层门机械强度的影响进行分析,在不同冲击力下确定电梯层门机械强度和脉冲信号的变化情况;然后分析电梯层门机械强度与弯曲力、牵引力之间的关系;最后构建电梯层门横梁长度与载荷之间的关联模型,以此为基础完成电梯层门机械强度的有限元分析。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法对电梯层门机械强度检测精度较高,捕捉强度变化能力较强,实用价值较高。
A strength simulation analysis method based on finite element method is proposed to address the difficulty in detecting the mechanical strength of elevator landing doors.Firstly,the influence of impact force on the strength of elevator landing doors is analyzed from three aspects:deformation of landing doors,changes in bending force,and external pressure.The changes in elevator landing door strength and pulse signal are determined under different impact forces;Then,it analyzes the relationship between the mechanical strength and bending force of the elevator landing door,and the mechanical strength and traction force of the elevator landing door.Finally,it constructs a correlation model between the length of the elevator landing door crossbeam and the load.Based on this,it completes the finite element analysis of the mechanical strength of the elevator landing door.Simulation experiments show that the proposed method has high accuracy in detecting the mechanical strength of elevator floor doors,strong ability to capture changes in strength,and high practical value.
