摘要
为了分析滚动轴承的动态性能,改善滚动轴承接触疲劳寿命理论计算过程繁琐、耗时长、效率低的状况,以Visual Studio与UG作为开发工具,开发了滚动轴承动态性能计算系统的寿命计算系统。与Romax仿真结果相比,滚动轴承动态性能计算系统输出的轴承寿命修正系数a_(ISO)和修正轴承寿命L_(10m)的误差均在3%以内。
In order to analyze the dynamic performance of rolling bearings and improve the complicated process,long time and low efficiency of theoretical calculation of contact fatigue life of rolling bearings,Visual Studio and UG are used to develop the corresponding life calculation system,which is compared with the results of simulation software Romax.The errors of life correction coefficient a_(ISO) and life correction L_(10m) are both within 3%.
