摘要
为解决人工打边框劳动强度大、生产效率低的问题,设计了一种床芯自动打边框设备。采用模块化设计,按照工艺流程设计功能模块,完成自动上料、床芯上表面定位边框、翻转、下表面定位边框、4个侧面分别安装支力簧等。该设备平均每小时可完成20张床芯的边框及弹簧固定,与现有人工生产方式相比,有效降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity and low production efficiency of manual frame printing,a design scheme of automatic frame printing equipment for mattress unit is proposed.The equipment adopts modular design,divides functional modules according to the process flow,and completes the following processes in turn:automatic feeding;position the frame on the upper surface of the mattress unit;flip;lower surface positioning frame;the supporting springs are installed on the four sides.The equipment can fix the frame of 20 mattress units every hour on average,which can effectively reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency compared with the existing manual operation mode of holding nail guns.
