摘要
近年来,体育师范教育改革取得了一定的进展,但在促进体育师范生创新思维与实践能力结合方面仍存在不足。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对体育师范生创新实践能力培养存在的问题与策略进行探析。研究发现:体育师范生创新实践能力培养存在课程设置单一、教学方法传统、实践平台不足、评价体系单一、师资队伍有待加强等问题。据此,提出了优化课程体系、改革教学方法、拓展实践平台、完善评价体系、加强师资队伍建设等体育师范生创新实践能力培养策略。
In recent years,significant progress has been made in the reform of physical education(PE)teacher education.However,there are still shortcomings in promoting the integration of innovative thinking and practical skills among PE teacher students.This study employs literature research method and logical analysis to analyze the issues and strategies in cultivating the innovative practical abilities of PE teacher students.The study identified problems in curriculum design,traditional teaching methods,lack of practical platforms,a singular evaluation system,and the need to strengthen the teaching staff.Accordingly,strategies for optimizing the curriculum system,reforming teaching methods,expanding practical platforms,improving the evaluation system,and enhancing the teaching staff development in the cultivation of innovative practical abilities of PE teacher students are proposed.
