摘要
文章旨在探讨光伏设备的故障诊断与维护策略。通过分析光伏系统的构成和常见故障,总结了传统诊断方法的特点和局限性。针对复杂故障,引入了热成像、电能质量分析、机器学习等现代诊断技术,并通过实际案例展示了综合运用多种技术手段诊断逆变器故障的过程。在此基础上,提出了加强日常巡检、定期维护等运维策略,强调前瞻性维护和智能运维的重要性。分析表明,现代诊断技术和科学维护策略可显著提升光伏系统可靠性和发电性能。
The article aims to explore the fault diagnosis and maintenance strategies of photovoltaic equipment.By analyzing the composition and common faults of photovoltaic systems,the characteristics and limitations of traditional diagnostic methods were summarized.In response to complex faults,modern diagnostic technologies such as thermal imaging,power quality analysis,and machine learning have been introduced,and the process of diagnosing inverter faults using multiple technical means has been demonstrated through practical cases.On this basis,operational strategies such as strengthening daily inspections and regular maintenance were proposed,emphasizing the importance of proactive and intelligent maintenance.Analysis shows that modern diagnostic technology and scientific maintenance strategies can significantly improve the reliability and power generation performance of photovoltaic systems.
