红外测温技术在变电站设备巡检中的应用

摘要 随着电力系统的快速发展,变电站的设备巡检对于保障电网安全运行至关重要。红外测温技术能够有效地识别设备的异常发热点,及时发现潜在故障,从而避免事故的发生。文章介绍了红外测温技术原理,以及相对温差判别法、同类比较法、热谱图分析法等常用的变电站设备测温方法,结合实例说明红外测温技术对变电站内部设备温度进行实时监控及故障诊断。结果表明,该技术可以有效提高变电站设备巡检效率,为变电站设备巡检提供更加高效安全的技术手段,推动电力行业的现代化进程。 With the rapid development of the power system,the equipment inspection of the substation is very important to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.Infrared temperature measurement technology can effectively identify the abnormal hot spots of the equipment,and find the potential faults in time,so as to avoid the occurrence of accidents.Based on this,this paper introduces the principle of infrared temperature measurement technology,similar comparison method,thermal spectrum analysis method,etc.,and combines the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of internal equipment temperature in substation.The results show that this technology can effectively improve the efficiency of substation equipment inspection,aiming to provide more efficient and safe technical means for substation equipment inspection,and promote the modernization process of the power industry.
