科学、高效地做好光伏发电项目的物资管理,是光伏发电项目项目管理过程中一项不可或缺的环节,对限定项目成本、把控项目质量和确保施工进度具有重要意义。文章以广西崇左市渠母光伏EPC总承包项目为例,对光伏发电EPC总承包项目物资管理全过程方法进行介绍,并对该项目建设过程中实际遇到的问题及相应解决办法进行总结。研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。

The“14 th Five-Year Plan”period is the key period and window period to achieve the“double carbon”goal.At this stage,photovoltaic power generation projects are in the process of accelerating development.Scientific and efficient material management of photovoltaic power generation projects is an indispensable link in the project management process of photovoltaic power generation projects,which is of great significance to limit project costs,control project quality and ensure construction progress.Taking Qumu photovoltaic EPC project in Chongzuo City,Guangxi as an example,the author expounds the whole process of material management of photovoltaic power generation EPC project,and summarizes the actual problems encountered in the construction process of the project and the corresponding solutions.The results can provide reference for similar projects.
