液压支架销轴拆卸工艺方法研究

由于彬长集团所属矿井下水质条件较差,液压支架销轴及其安装孔腐蚀严重,致使销轴拆卸难度大,工人劳动强度高,为液压支架大修拆解工作带来困难,严重制约了整体的维修进度。因此针对液压支架销轴拆卸工艺进行多次研究改进,从最早的人工手动撞击销轴或者推动游锤撞击游锤杆拉动销轴进行拆卸到后来的自制机械冲击锤撞击销轴或者配合游锤杆进行拉销进行拆卸,再到研制液压拔销器进行销轴拆卸,很好地解决了液压支架销轴拆卸困难的问题。对销轴拆卸工艺方法研究过程中所采用过的几种工艺方法进行对比分析总结,为以后液压支架销轴拆解工艺进一步优化提供参考依据。

Due to the poor water quality conditions in the mines of Binchang Group,the hydraulic support pin shaft and its installation holes are severely corroded,which makes the disassembly of the pin shaft very difficult,requires high labor intensity from workers,and poses difficulties for the overhaul and disassembly of hydraulic supports.This has seriously restricted the overall maintenance progress.Therefore,we have conducted multiple research and improvements on the disassembly process of hydraulic support pin shafts.The methods evolved from the earliest manual impact on the pin shaft or pushing the moving hammer to impact the moving hammer rod and pull the pin shaft for disassembly,to later using a self-made mechanical impact hammer to strike the pin shaft or cooperate with the moving hammer rod to pull the pin for disassembly,and then use a device to perform the pin disassembling,thus solving the difficulty for disassembling the pin shaft.
