摘要
针对原木经过框锯切割成板后,存在形状不规则、尺寸不统一、以及圆边、瑕疵等问题,导致木材的综合利用率低,设计了一种可调间距的自动多片锯的锯削单元结构。该锯削单元通过固定锯片与可调锯片组合设计,满足多种规格木条的出料尺寸要求,可配合机器视觉驱动可调锯片移动调整,合理去除边角瑕疵部分,最大限度降低原材料浪费,提高成材率。利用有限元方法对锯削单元中关键零部件锯轴进行优化分析,以满足实际生产需要。
A sawing unit structure with adjustable spacing and automatic multi blade saw was designed to address the problems of irregular shape,inconsistent size,round edges,defects,and low comprehensive utilization rate of wood after being cut into boards by frame saws.This sawing unit is designed with a combination of fixed and adjustable saw blades to meet the discharge size requirements of various specifications of wood strips.It can be driven by machine vision to move and adjust the adjustable saw blades,effectively removing edge defects,minimizing raw material waste,and improving yield.Using finite element method to optimize and analyze the key component of the saw shaft in the sawing unit to meet practical production needs.
