大纵坡预制T梁架设架桥机承载力荷载试验

摘要 架桥机是预制梁在架设时使用最多的机械,但近年来用架桥机在使用前未进行承载力荷载试验引起的工程事故频发,因此本文以新岭头大桥为背景,基于有限元分析计算和荷载试验对架桥机的性能进行分析。结果表明:通过架桥机承载力荷载试验实测值与有限元分析的理论值比较可知,架桥机的刚度和强度均满足使用要求,该架桥机可适用于大纵坡预制T梁架设。 The bridge erection machine is the most commonly used method for installing precast beams.However,in recent years,frequent engineering accidents have occurred due to the lack of load-bearing capacity tests before using bridge erection machines.This paper,using the Xinlingtou Bridge as a case study,analyzes the performance of the bridge erection machine based on finite element analysis and load-bearing tests.The results show that by comparing the measured values from the load-bearing test with the theoretical values from the finite element analysis,the stiffness and strength of the bridge erection machine meet the usage requirements.Therefore,this bridge erection machine is suitable for installing precast T-beams on large longitudinal slopes.
