中小河流水生态修复控制性指标体系及治理对策研究

Study on the Controlling Indicators of the Water Ecological Restoration Goal and Countermeasures for the Small-Medium Sized Rivers

针对中小河流水生态修复的问题,以治理实施现状分析为基础,依据国内外中小河流生态保护修复控制性指标相关研究的理论与方法以及河流健康评估的相关成果,建立与中小河流生态特点相适应、与生态文明建设相契合的指标体系,同时结合中小河流治理战略需求,以“水生态健康”为治理目标,对我国不同地区中小河流有针对性地提出水生态治理对策,研究结果可为中小河流水生态修复工作提供参考。

Aiming at the problem of the water ecological restoration for the small-medium sized rivers,the index system adapted to the ecological characteristics of the small-medium sized rivers and combined with the building of the ecocivilization was founded on the governance implementation present situation analysis,the theories and methods of the relevant research on controlling indexes of the ecological protection and restoration of the small-medium sized rivers at home and abroad,and the relevant achievements of the river health assessment.Taking“water ecological health”as the governance goal,Combined with the strategic needs of the small-medium sized rivers governance,the countermeasures of the water ecology governance were pointedly put forward for the small-medium sized rivers in different areas of China,the research results can provide reference for the ecological restoration of the small-medium sized rivers.
