摘要
砂石料单价对水电工程投资的确定和优化有直接影响,合理计算砂石料单价成为控制及优化投资的重要环节。自产砂石料具有渣料消纳、成品多样、运输方便、价格普遍低于外购砂石料等优势,被广泛应用于抽水蓄能工程中。文章结合水源山抽水蓄能电站上水库砂石料加工系统,梳理了该系统的工艺流程,包括工序划分、设备选用以及皮带输送机流向,通过对各生产工序的分析研究,单价计算过程费用结构清晰,计算成果合理。
Pumped storage power plant projects generally have a large amount of sand and gravel.Therefore,the unit price of sand and gravel has a direct impact on the determination and optimisation of investment in hydropower projects.Self-produced sand and gravel has the advantages of slag elimination,variety of finished products,convenient transport and generally lower prices than purchased sand and gravel,etc.As a result,sand and gravel is widely used in pumped storage power projects.Rational calculation of the unit price of sand and gravel has become an important part of controlling and optimising investment.This paper combines the reservoir sand and gravel processing system of pumped storage power plant in water source mountain.Firstly,the production process of this processing system is described,which has process division,equipment selection and belt conveyor flow direction.Furthermore,the study of each production process makes it possible to achieve a clear cost structure and reasonable results in the calculation of unit prices.
