摘要
在导管挤出过程中,会出现导管扭曲的情况,但目前并无测试导管扭曲度的方法。针对此问题,笔者提出一种导管扭曲度测试方法并设计制作了导管扭曲度测试系统。该系统包括底板、导管固定模块、夹具上下调整模块、结构完全相同且对称分布的左侧测量部分和右侧测量部分。导管固定模块用于固定导管,防止测量过程中发生移动。夹具上下调整模块用于调整导管固定模块的位置,使导管的中心处于测量盘的中心。左侧测量部分包括左侧测量模块和左侧导向模块,左侧测量模块用于测量左侧导管扭转角度,左侧导向模块用于微调左侧导管固定模板。右侧测量部分的结构和作用与左侧相同。通过对比导管两端扭曲的程度,得到导管扭曲度。对多腔气管插管进行检测,经实验验证,该测试方法能够将导管扭曲度进行量化,客观地得出导管的扭曲度,从而根据不同产品制定合格的检测标准,进而提高产品质量,满足实际使用需求。该测试方法能够测试带显影线单腔导管、带显影线多腔导管和无显影线多腔导管,有很强的实用价值和推广价值。
Catheter distortion may occur during the extrusion process,but there is no test method for catheter distortion at present.To solve this problem,a method for measuring catheter distortion was proposed and a measuring system for catheter distortion was designed.The system includes a base plate,a conduit fixing module,a fixture adjusting module,a left measuring part and a right measuring part with the same structure and symmetrical distribution.The catheter holding module is used to hold the catheter in place to prevent movement during measurement.The clamp up and down adjustment module is used to adjust the position of the catheter holding module so that the center of the catheter is in the center of the measuring disc.The left measurement section includes a left measurement module for measuring the left catheter torsion angle and a left guide module for fine-tuning the left catheter fixing template.The structure and function of the measurement section on the right are the same as those on the left.The distortion degree of the catheter was obtained by comparing the distortion degree of both ends of the catheter.The multi-cavity tracheal intubation was tested,and the experiment verified that the test method could quantify the distortion degree of the catheter and objectively obtain the distortion degree of a batch of catheters,so as to establish qualified testing standards according to different products,then to improve the product quality and meet the actual use needs.The test method can test the single cavity catheter with developing line,the multi-cavity catheter with developing line and the multi-cavity catheter without developing line,and has strong practical value and popularization value.
