热精轧机轧辊分段冷却系统的研究与改进

摘要 以2800 mm四重可逆式热精轧机为研究对象,介绍其轧辊分段冷却系统的改进过程。通过对喷嘴的参数及布置等进行分析,验证设计的合理性。结合理论与实践,确认“色差”的产生与喷射均匀性有直接关系,而根本原因在于喷嘴的稳定性不足。喷嘴的结构、材料及维护方法是影响稳定性的重要因素,设计时采用更可靠的喷嘴结构和材料,并优化维护方法,可避免“色差”的产生。 Taking the 2800 mm four-high reversing hot finishing mill as the research object,this paper introduced the improvement process in the section cooling system of roll.Through the analysis of nozzle parameters and layout,the rationality of the design was ver⁃ified.Combining theory and practice,it is confirmed that the occurrence of"color aberration"is directly related to the spraying unifor⁃mity,and the fundamental reason is the insufficient stability of the nozzle.The structure,material and maintenance method of the noz⁃zle are important factors affecting the stability.Adopting more reliable nozzle structures and materials during design,and optimizing maintenance methods,can avoid the occurrence of"color aberration".
