摘要
保德区块煤层气井硫化氢含量普遍较高,为了有效脱除煤层气中的硫化氢,保障煤层气井的正常安全生产,以保德区块含硫煤层气井为研究对象,在分析煤层气井含硫化氢现状的基础上,开展了煤层气井硫化氢治理装置和脱硫方案设计研究,并进行了现场应用试验。结果表明:目标区块内有19口煤层气井的硫化氢含量超过30 mg/m3,硫化氢含量较高。采用氧化铁固体脱硫试验装置对目标区块煤层气井进行脱硫方案设计,首先将含硫井场采出的煤层气使用辅助分离装置进行分离,然后将煤层气输送至脱硫塔底部,与其中的氧化铁型固体脱硫剂充分接触反应完成脱硫,脱硫后的煤层气输送到集输管网,即完成脱硫工艺流程。现场试验结果表明:B12X1井采取氧化铁固体脱硫工艺处理后24个检测样品中的硫化氢含量均降低至0 mg/m^(3),达到了良好脱硫处理效果。
Considering higher hydrogen sulfide content in Baode coalbed methane wells,having it taken as the object of research to analyze hydrogen sulfide in coalbed methane wells there was implemented,including designing a hydrogen sulfide treatment device and preparing desulfurization schemes for coalbed methane wells,as well as conducting on-site application tests.The results indicate that,the hydrogen sul-fide content of 19 coalbed methane wells there exceeds 30 mg/m3.In addition,having the iron oxide solid desulfurization test device applied to desulfurizing coalbed methane wells there was proposed.In which,having the coalbed gas extracted from the sulfur well site via the auxiliary separation device,and then having the coalbed gas transported to the bottom of the desulfurization tower for fully contacting with the solid desulfurization agent so as to complete the desulfurization.The field test results show that,the hydrogen sulfide content in 24 test samples from the Well B12X1 desulfurized can be reduced to 0 mg/m^(3)along with a good desulfurization effect.
