基于谐响应分析的汽轮机叶片动应力计算方法研究

摘要 采用有限元计算软件中的谐响应模块分析了某汽轮机直叶片不同谐波激励下的稳态响应,得出其共振频率下的动应力,同时分析了其在额定工况下所受应力情况。并且通过分析比较多组叶片共振时的动应力与其叶片静弯应力,得出动静比分布规律,为汽轮机直叶片设计提供了思路。 Having the harmonic response module in finite element calculation software adopted to analyze the steady state response of turbine straight blade under different harmonic excitations was implemented to obtain its dynamic stress at resonance frequency,including the stress situation under the rated operating conditions.In addition,through comparing the dynamic stress and their static bending stress of steam turbine straight blades,the distribution law of dynamic to static ratio was obtained to provide an idea for designing turbine straight blades.
