旋流式套筒阀结构改进及流场空化研究

摘要 以DN 2000大口径套筒阀为研究对象,将阀内直流式套筒设计为旋流式套筒。采用Fluent数值模拟方法分析套筒阀不同开度下的压力、流线等,研究直流式和旋流式套筒对流场特性的影响,并对比阀内空化现象。结果表明:给定压差条件为0.8 MPa时,流体通过直流式套筒阀后,在出口段管壁处产生空化现象;流体通过旋流式套筒阀后呈螺旋状流动,在管道中心形成空化现象,且旋流式套筒阀内产生的气相与空化强度均小于直流式套筒阀。因此,旋流式套筒阀比直流式套筒阀具有一定的抗空化性能,能够防止空化对阀内零件和管道壁面的破坏。 Through taking DN 2000 large diameter sleeve valve as the research object,the straight flow sleeve within the valve was developed into a spiral flow one.Through using the Fluent simulation to analyze both pressure and streamline of the sleeve valve with different openings,the influence of two different sleeve structures on the flow field characteristics of the regulating valve was investigated and the cavitation phenomenon in the valve was compared.The results show that,as for the given pressure difference of 0.8 MPa,the medium passing through the straight groove sleeve valve generates cavitation in the outlet section of the pipe wall and the medium passing through the spiral sleeve valve runs in a spiral shape and generates cavitation in the center of the pipeline and both gas phase and cavitation strength generated in the rotary sleeve valve are smaller than that in the straight groove sleeve valve.The spiral sleeve valve has a certain anticavitation ability than the straight groove sleeve valve,which can prevent the cavitation damage to valve parts and pipe wall.
