摘要
随着国六排放标准的实施,发动机技术要求不断提高。文章通过试验研究和数据分析,探讨了低温环境下发动机润滑油的性能变化及其故障原因。研究发现,发动机柴油颗粒捕集器(DPF)频繁再生是导致燃油稀释的主要原因。当柴油和润滑油的混合物在发动机中不断融合蒸发后,出现高温运动黏度下降,低温无法流动及倾点升高的现象,进而影响到发动机的运行可靠性。基于故障机理和原因,文章提出了相应的故障处理和预防措施。
With the implementation of China VI Emission Standards,the technical requirements on motors are constantly increasing.Based on test and data analysis,the change of performances of motor lubricants and causes for motor failure at low temperature are discussed.It is found that frequent regeneration of motor diesel particulate filter(DPF)is a main cause of fuel dilution.When the mixture of diesel oil and lubricant is fused and evaporated continuously in the motor,the kinematic viscosity decreases at high temperature,and no flow and the increased pour point occurs at low temperature.This affects the reliability of the motor operation.Based on the mechanisms and causes of failure,the measures for failure treatment and prevention are proposed.
