摘要
以有机小分子作为插层剂,采用机械球磨方法对黏土进行插层改性,将一部分插层改性的黏土进行微波处理,然后将这两种改性黏土以相同的数量添加到某高档瓷坯料中,并与未添加改性黏土的高档瓷坯料分别成型、干燥、烧成,制得试验样品。对制备的样品进行XRD、红外光谱、SEM等测试表征。研究结果表明,添加了微波处理改性黏土的坯料试验样品,其抗折强度比添加了未经微波处理改性黏土坯料的试验样品抗折强度要大,且两者试验样品的抗折强度均大于原坯料的试验样品的抗折强度。
Using organic small molecules as intercalation modifiers,the mechanical ball milling method was used to modify clay intercalation.A portion of the intercalation modified clay was treated by microwave.Subsequently,these two types of modified clay were added in equal quantities to a high-grade ceramic body,as well as the same porcelain body with no modified clay,which was then molded,dried,and fired to produce test samples.The prepared samples were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM,and other tests.The results indicated that the samples had a bigger flexural strength that added modified clay after being microwave treated than that of the samples with unmicrowaved modified clay added,and both were higher than the flexural strength of the samples without modified clay.
