13个结球生菜品种比较试验

摘要 【目的】筛选出适合北京地区推广生产的优质结球生菜品种。【方法】以13个结球生菜为试验材料,分别采用隶属函数评估法分析其产量和结球生菜主要性状的相关性。【结果】不同品种结球生菜的产量指标存在显著性差异。单球重较大的品种和单球重较小的品种间差异显著。地上部净重的显著性差异与单株重的显著性关系相同。不同品种之间的农艺性状存在显著性差异。单球重最大的为‘结球12号’,地上部净重最大的是‘结球11号’,净菜率最高的品种为‘结球H2号’。综合品质最优良的品种为‘结球H4号’,氨基酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量较高。【结论】13个结球生菜品种各指标差异显著,综合比较得出‘结球H4号’为最优品种。 [Objective]To screen out the varieties of high quality nodular lettuce suitable for promotion and production in Beijing area;[Methods]The correlation between yield and main characters of 13 nodulated lettuce was analyzed by membership function evaluation method.[Results]There were significant differences in the yield indexes of different varieties of lettuce.There was significant difference between varieties with larger single ball weight and varieties with smaller single ball weight.The significant difference of aboveground net weight was the same as that of single plant weight.There were significant differences in agronomic traits among different varieties.[Conclusion]In terms of yield,'Jieqiu No.12'had the largest single ball weight,'Jieqiu No.11'had the largest net above-ground weight,and'Jieqiu No.H2'had the highest purification rate.The best variety of comprehensive quality is'Jieqiu H4',which has higher amino acid content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content.
