摘要
随着竞赛机制的不断更新竞技健美操踏上新的发展之路,伴随到来的是我国优秀零零后竞技健美操运动员的训练问题,它不仅是各省市学校运动队,乃至国家集训队长时间讨论的问题,训练的主体发生了一定的改变,如何去指导并制定符合零零后运动员的训练计划,要求我们各省市学校教练员和老师也必须做出相应的对策去指导训练。这正是教练和老师在实际的训练过程中和专家理论领域所关注的亟待解决的问题。而许多研究证明运动员在训练的过程中,他们个人的价值观起到了决定性的要素之一。当前竞技健美操正处于新老交替阶段伴随着零零后运动员不断地融入竞技健美操的大家庭,与上一代运动员比较而言,零零后竞技健美操运动员的训练价值观呈现出新的变化,如价值观多元、追求刺激高难度的训练任务、竞争性大的训练环境等。首先以训练价值观的角度开始,然后通过以大数据问卷调查的方式,将运用扎根理论方式手段构成好的“零零后竞技健美操运动员”价值观及次序按照调查结果降序排列。最后通过反馈的结果探究科学的训练指导鼓舞举措,并给予相应的指导意见。
With the continuous update of the competition mechanism,competitive aerobics has embarked on a new path of development,accompanied by the arrival of my country’s outstanding post-zero aerobics athletes’training issues,which are not only discussed for a long time by the school sports teams of various provinces and cities,but also by the national training team.The problem is that the main body of training has undergone certain changes.How to guide and formulate training plans that meet the zero and zero athletes requires that our school coaches and teachers in all provinces and cities must also make corresponding countermeasures to guide training.This is exactly the problem that needs to be solved urgently that coaches and teachers are concerned about in the actual training process and the field of expert theory.Many studies have proved that athletes’personal values play a decisive factor in the training process.At present,competitive aerobics is in the alternate phase of new and old.With zero-zero athletes continuously integrating into the big family of competitive aerobics,compared with the previous generation of athletes,the training values of zero-zero competitive aerobics athletes show new changes.Such as diverse values,the pursuit of stimulating and difficult training tasks,and a highly competitive training environment.Firstly,it starts from the perspective of training values,and then through the big data questionnaire survey,the values and order of the"zero-zero post-zero competitive aerobics athletes"formed by grounded theoretical methods are arranged in descending order according to the survey results.Finally,through the feedback results,we explore scientific training,guidance and encouragement measures,and give corresponding guidance.
