等速向心训练同步电刺激对膝关节屈伸肌群快速力量的影响

Effects of Isokinetic Concentric Training and Simultaneous Electrical Stimulation on the Rapid Strength of Knee Flexors and Extensors

摘要 目的:探索等速向心训练同步电刺激对膝关节屈伸肌群肌肉功能的影响及其产生机制,为电刺激应用及训练等相关领域的研究提供一定参考依据。方法:将符合入选标准的20名健康成年男性受试者随机分为等速肌力训练同步电刺激组和对照组,每组各10人。两组受试者均在IsoMed2000等速肌力测试仪上执行相同的训练方案,实验组在训练时给予同步电刺激。每周3次,为期6周,观察训练前后膝关节屈伸肌群最大随意等长收缩力量(MVIC)、峰值力矩(PT)、做功(Work)等指标变化。结果:两组受试者经过为期6周的训练后,两组受试者膝关节伸肌PT和MVIC较训练前相比均出现了显著性增长,且训练后等速肌力训练同步电刺激组较对照组有显著性差异;两组受试者训练后膝屈肌PT值和膝屈伸肌群Work变化幅度高于训练前,且两组受试者膝伸肌Work及实验组膝屈肌PT具有显著性差异。结论:等速肌力训练能够有效的增加膝关节屈伸肌群的MVIC,PT及Work能力,且同步30%MVIC强度电刺激后训练效果较单纯等速肌力训练明显提高。等速向心肌力训练同步电刺激可以使骨骼肌中的快肌纤维得到强化,对发展肌肉的快速力量较为有益。 Objective:To explore the effect of isokinetic concentric training synchronous electrical stimulation on the muscle function of flexor and extensor group of knee joint and its mechanism,and to provide some reference for the application of electrical stimulation and training and other related fields.Methods:Twenty healthy adult male subjects who met the selection criteria were randomly divided into isokinetic muscle training synchronous electrical stimulation group and control group,with 10 people in each group.The two groups of subjects performed the same training program on the IsoMed2000 isokinetic muscle tester,and the experimental group was given simultaneous electrical stimulation during training.Three times a week for six weeks,the indexes of flexor and extensor muscle group maximal voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC),peak torque(PT),Work(WORK)were observed before and after training Results:After 6 weeks of training in both groups of subjects,the PT and MVIC of knee extensor muscles in both groups showed a significant increase compared to before training.There was a significant difference between the stimulation group and the control group.The PT value of the knee flexors and the work of the flexors and extensors of the two groups of subjects after training were significantly higher than before the training.There are significant differences in muscle PT.Conclusion:Isokinetic strength training can effectively increase the MVIC,PT and Work of the knee flexors and extensors,and the training effect after simultaneous 30%MVIC intensity electrical stimulation is significantly higher than that of pure isometric strength training.Isokinetic strength training and simultaneous electrical stimulation can strengthen the fast muscle fibers in skeletal muscle,which is beneficial to the development of fast muscle strength.
