本文分析某款60V电源上电输出异常问题。通过对故障电源进行排查分析,列出故障可能原因,对故障原因进行逐一排查确认,最终定位于电源元器件偶发失效导致整机主功率电路元器件损坏,对故障机理进行了讨论分析,提出解决措施以提升产品可靠性。

this paper analyzes the output voltage abnormal problem when the high voltage source is working.Through the analysis of the fault phenomenon,listing the possible causes,confirm failure cause and the biology,finally the reason was confirmed that the accidental failure of a MOSFET leading to the failure of the power component and output abnormal of the source.By analysing the mechanism cause of the failure source,a measure was proposed so as to promote the reliability of the source.
