摘要
为提高厂拌再生铣刨料掺量,提升综合路用性能,降低再生过程碳排放水平,该文进行乳化沥青温拌全再生混合料的性能评价与工程应用;同时,采用高模量AC-16沥青混合料进行对照分析。结果表明,乳化沥青温拌全再生混合料铣刨料掺量为100%,其65℃动稳定度达到9000次/mm,是高模量AC-16沥青混合料的1.3倍,低温性能、水稳定性能与高模量AC-16水平相当,均满足技术要求;国道105工程实践路段,汉堡试验轮辙深度达到2.60mm,碾压过程无剥落拐点;同等性能品质下,温拌全再生混合料相较于高模量AC-16,每吨混合料节省成本近180元,降低材料成本近50%以上,具有显著成本及推广价值。
In an effort to increase the incorporation of factory-mixed recycled milling materials,enhance overall road performance,and reduce carbon emissions during the recycling process,this study conducts a performance evaluation and engineering application of warm mix emulsified asphalt fully recycled mixture.Additionally,a comparative analysis was performed using high modulus AC-16 asphalt mixture.The findings indicate that the milled material content in the emulsified asphalt warm mix is 100%,achieving a dynamic stability of 9000 cycles/mm at 65℃,which is 1.3 times higher than that of the high modulus AC-16 asphalt mixture.The low-temperature performance and water stability are on par with the high modulus AC-16,meeting all technical requirements.On the National Highway 105 project segment,the Hamburg wheel tracking test showed a rut depth of 2.60 mm,with no spalling or turning points during compaction.When compared to high modulus AC-16,the warm mix fully recycled mixture offers a cost saving of nearly 180 yuan per ton of mixture,reducing material costs by over 50%,thus presenting significant cost advantages and potential for widespread application.
