水-温-紫外线耦合作用下玄武岩纤维沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘要 为改善沥青路面性能,延长其使用年限,将玄武岩纤维掺入到沥青混合料中并开展高低温及水稳定性能试验。引入水-温-紫外线耦合作用试验条件来模拟现场沥青混合料快速老化环境。通过配合比设计,确定AC-20C、BFAC-20C两种沥青混合料的最佳油石比;通过对沥青混合料开展相关路用性能试验,评价水-温-紫外线耦合作用试验条件下玄武岩纤维对AC-20C沥青混合料路用性能的影响。试验结果表明,未经水冲刷、冻融循环及紫外线照射的BFAC-20C沥青混合料高低温及水稳定性能显著优于AC-20C沥青混合料;水冲刷、冻融循环及紫外线照射下两种沥青混合料高低温及水稳定性能均显著降低,BFAC-20C沥青混合料降低幅度较小;玄武岩纤维的掺入能够显著降低沥青路面运营阶段相关路用性能的衰减速度。 In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement and extend its service life,we carried out high and low temperature and water stability tests by mixed basalt fiber into asphalt mixture.Water-temperature-ultraviolet coupling test conditions were introduced to simulate the rapid aging environment of asphalt mixture in the field.We determined the best oil-stone ratio of AC-20C and BFAC-20C asphalt mixture by mix ratio design.We evaluated the influence of basalt fiber on the pavement performance of AC-20C asphalt mixture under the water-temperature-ultraviolet light coupling test conditions through the road performance test of asphalt mixture.The test results showed that:The high and low temperature performance and water stability of BFAC-20C asphalt mixture without water washing,freeze-thaw cycle and ultraviolet irradiation were significantly better than that of AC-20C asphalt mixture.The high and low temperature performance and water stability of the two asphalt mixtures decreased significantly under water erosion,freeze-thaw cycle and ultraviolet irradiation,BFAC-20C asphalt mixture decreased less.The addition of basalt fiber can significantly reduce the decay rate of pavement performance in the operation stage.
