摘要
稻壳是一种产量丰富、成本低廉、可再生的生物质资源,被广泛应用于聚合物基复合材料中,以提高复合材料的性能并降低其成本。该文简述了稻壳废弃物的组成、结构与物化特性,重点阐述了稻壳、稻壳灰及稻壳二氧化硅等对热塑性树脂、热固性树脂和橡胶材料结构与性能的影响,并对稻壳废弃物在可持续聚合物基复合材料中的应用进行了展望。
Rice husk is a kind of biomass resource with rich yield,low cost and renewability,which has been widely applied in polymer-based composites to improve their properties and reduce the cost of composites.This paper briefly describes the composition,structure and physicochemical properties of rice husk waste.The effects of rice husk,rice husk ash and rice husk silica on the structure and properties of thermoplastic resin,thermosetting resin and rubbers were emphatically discussed.Finally,the future application outlook of rice husk waste in sustainable polymer composites was prospected.
