摘要
本文通过试验分析了带涂层站场管道磁粉检测的可行性,结果表明表面涂层厚度对磁粉检测灵敏度有直接影响,当保护涂层厚度小于一定数值时,磁粉检测的灵敏度能满足检测要求,检测结果可靠。
This article analyzes the feasibility of magnetic particle testing for coated station pipelines through experiments.The results indicate that the thickness of the surface coating has a direct impact on the sensitivity of magnetic particle testing.When the thickness of the protective coating is less than a certain value,the sensitivity of magnetic particle testing can meet the testing requirements and the testing results are reliable.
