基于反向声时计算模型的多层介质结构超声SAFT成像方法研究

摘要 多层介质结构形式多存在于道路结构、无砟轨道结构、隧道结构等结构中,其内部缺陷直接影响结构的安全性和耐久性,现有的超声SAFT成像方法仅适用于单层结构形式的检测,基于超声SAFT成像方法,通过反向声时计算模型准确获取超声波旅行时间,实现多层混凝土结构的成像检测。实验结果表明,基于反向声时计算模型的超声SAFT成像方法能够准确地检测出多层介质结构中的缺陷位置,为多层介质结构的成像检测提供理论基础。 Multi-layer dielectric structures mostly exist in road structures,ballastless track structures,tunnel structures,etc.and their internal defects directly affect the safety and durability.The existing ultrasonic SAFT imaging method is only suitable for the detection of single-layer structures.Based on the ultrasonic SAFT imaging method,the ultrasonic travel time is accurately obtained through the reverse time calculation model,and the imaging detection of multi-layer concrete structures is realized.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic SAFT imaging method based on the reverse time calculation model can accurately detect the defect position in the multilayer dielectric structure,which provides a theoretical basis for the imaging detection of the multilayer dielectric structure.
