生物样本中苯二氮[艹卓]类新精神活性物质分析方法研究进展

摘要 苯二氮[艹卓]类新精神活性物质(NPS)是对传统苯二氮[艹卓]类药物结构进行修饰的一类策划药物,是近几年数量增长最快的NPS之一。苯二氮[艹卓]类NPS结构多样、层出不穷、复杂多变、易滥用成瘾,而且还可被用于麻醉后实施犯罪活动,严重危害社会安定。怎样对其进行有效的分析检验,是当前面临的问题。本文综述了近年苯二氮[艹卓]类NPS的生物样本前处理方法、分析方法的研究进展,以期为后续分析检验工作的开展提供思路。综合来看,痕量化、高灵敏度、自动化和小型化的现场检测是未来苯二氮[艹卓]类NPS分析检验的发展方向。 Designer benzodiazepines,a class of designer drugs that modify the structure of traditional benzodiazepines,have been among the fastest-growing new psychoactive substances in recent years.Designer benzodiazepines are structurally diverse,constantly emerging,complex and ever-changing,easy to abuse and addictive,and can also be used to anesthetize and then implement criminal activities,seriously endangering social stability.And how to effectively analyze and test them is the main problem currently facing.This article reviews the research progress in biological sample pretreatment and analysis methods for benzodiazepine class new psychoactive substances in recent years,in order to provide ideas for the subsequent analysis and testing work.Overall,traceability,high sensitivity,automation and miniaturization of on-site testing are the future trends in the analysis and testing of designer benzodiazepines.
